Web design · Statesville, NC

A Statesville web designer who lives here, too

You've built your business on word of mouth. I build websites that back it up, so the people who hear your name and look you up find a business that looks as good as its reputation.

Why work with someone local

Close enough to meet for coffee

Statesville is home for Back Valley Creative. When it helps to sit down together and talk through your business, we can. When it doesn’t, a video call works just as well. Either way, you deal with one person from the first call through launch day and after.

I know what running a business here looks like. A lot of your customers come from a neighbor’s recommendation, and then they check your website before they call. That check is where a dated site quietly costs you work.

Signs it’s time

Sound familiar?

  • Customers say they found you in spite of your website.
  • Your site was built years ago and hasn't changed much since.
  • Updating a phone number or a photo means waiting on someone else.
  • It looks fine on a computer but is hard to use on a phone.
  • Your last web person stopped answering.

Questions

Common questions

Do we have to meet in person?

No. Plenty of clients prefer video calls. If you're in or near Statesville and want to meet, I'm happy to.

Do you only work with Statesville businesses?

No. I work across the Carolinas and with businesses anywhere in the U.S. Statesville is just home.

My current site was built by someone I can't reach. Can you still help?

Usually, yes. The first step is getting access to your domain and hosting back in your name, and I'll walk you through it.

Will my site show up on Google?

Every site I build gets an SEO-ready setup: clean page titles, fast load times, mobile-friendly design, and redirects so the rankings you've earned carry over. I don't sell ongoing SEO services.

Let's see if we're a good fit
