What's an update?
An update is one change to one kind of thing in one place, usually about 15 minutes of work. Essential includes up to 3 a month and Plus up to 8. Send everything in one email, with text and photos ready to use.
Bigger projects, like new pages, a new page design, or a new feature, get their own quote first so there are no surprises.
- Reword a paragraph or a page's text: 1 update
- Change your hours, or a price list of about 10 items: 1 update
- Swap a photo, or add up to 5 photos to one gallery: 1 update
- Publish a blog post you've written, with its images: 1 update (3 posts is 3 updates)
- Add a team member, service, FAQ, or seasonal promo (Plus): 1 update each
- Text changes on 3 different pages: 3 updates

Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans are month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
Do I need a care plan if you build my site?
No. You can host and maintain the site yourself. Care plans are for owners who would rather not think about it.
Where is my site hosted?
On fast, managed WordPress hosting with daily backups and free SSL, set up and monitored for you.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site is yours. If you cancel, I help you move it to hosting in your name.
Can you take care of a site you didn't build?
Often, yes. I start with a short review to make sure the site is in good shape before taking it on.
What if I need something bigger?
If a change grows into a bigger project, like a new page design or a new feature, you'll get a flat quote before any work starts.
Can I still make changes myself?
Anytime. Your site stays fully editable, and a care plan just gives you someone to hand things to.
